Are you a caring adult with 3 hours a month and a heart for young people? Connect & Thrive Youth Mentoring is looking for Quest Guides — mentors who are ready to walk alongside a young hero on a year-long journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

Connect & Thrive is a MENTOR Washington Gold Star accredited program of Positively Linked — and the officially designated successor to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Island County. We launch September 2026, and we're building our team now.

As a Quest Guide, you'll support your mentee through a one-of-a-kind curriculum set in Risoria — a hero's journey framework where youth earn Quest Badges, discover their strengths, and cross the finish line as a Risorian Risen!
