Sales Manager - Drive Growth, Lead Success, and Shape the Future
Are you a driven leader with a passion for growing a business? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will ensure the success of our sales associates while maximizing office profitability. As a key player in our real estate brokerage, you will actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the continued strategic growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth/Recruitment:

Recruit, acquire, and retain top-performing sales associates.

Identify new talent through meaningful conversations, uncovering challenges we can address, and presenting our value proposition.

Manage leads, meetings, and growth opportunities in our CRM, staying organized and goal-focused.

Master our suite of marketing, technology, and support tools that set us apart from competitors.
Inspire & Motivate:

Coach and develop sales associates with the tools they need for success, including business development, prospecting, and tech solutions.

Meet and exceed set goals, driving activity, growth, and performance for the team.

Build relationships in the industry, increase market share, and promote our brand and sales associates.
Lead with Integrity:

Be a proactive communicator, sharing our company’s value proposition with prospective recruits.

Support the full real estate service offering for consumers, from mortgage to title and home warranty.

Lead recruiting, interviewing, training, and development efforts, using various sourcing techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social media.

Demonstrate integrity as a leader and maintain a strong reputation in the community.

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License: Must possess a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one.

Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of various operating systems and the ability to navigate both computer software and hardware effectively. Ability to quickly learn new software as needed. Skilled in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive), Adobe programs (e.g., Adobe Acrobat), Canva, and social media platforms.

Leadership Experience: Experience in training, coaching, and leading individuals, groups, or organizations is preferred. Proven success in management, including recruiting, training, and motivating high-performing teams.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven with a passion for leveraging current and emerging technologies to drive growth and success. Proactively seeks out new opportunities for innovation.
