Aging and Disability Resource Specialist

Island Senior Resources is looking for an ADR Specialist to provide outreach, information, and assistance on services, products, opportunities, and resources that support the needs and goals of our clients. This position is the frontline for intervention. The ADR Specialist assesses client needs, screens for services, navigates resources, facilitates referrals, provides assistance, and develops care plans to ensure safety and wellbeing of each client. Along with serving clients, the ADR Specialist also develops relationships with local community partners to promote awareness, receive referrals, identify high-risk individuals, and engage underserved populations. This position serves clients on Whidbey Island with office locations in Oak Harbor and Bayview.

Full-time position; $25.38 - $30.45 per hour DOE plus benefits
