Director of Hospitality - Food Service & Housekeeping
Make a difference every day at YMCA Camp Casey, a historic seaside retreat on beautiful Whidbey Island. We’re seeking a Hospitality Director to lead our food service and housekeeping operations, ensuring every camper and guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment—someone who loves building community through great food, hospitality, and teamwork. You’ll oversee menu planning, kitchen operations, sanitation, housekeeping standards, and staff training while serving as a key member of Camp Casey’s leadership team.
Required: 2+ years of food service management, current Food Handler’s Permit, strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred: ServSafe Certification, experience in camp or institutional settings, bilingual skills, and a passion for service.
