Food Hub Distribution Supervisor

Whidbey Island Grown Cooperative is seeking a highly organized and proactive Food Hub Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily distribution operations at our Food Hub. This role ensures the smooth functioning of our wholesale and retail food programs, maintains food safety standards, and coordinates communication between producers, staff, and customers.

Our Food Hub Distribution Supervisor will drive our 16' refrigerator truck, oversee our wholesale delivery program, and work in our warehouse overseeing our Food Hub operations while implementing our food safety program.

32 hours/week Tues-Fri with 1-2 flexible hours on Saturday.

Whidbey Island Grown Cooperative (WIGC) is a collaboration of 79 Whidbey Island farmers, food producers, businesses, non-profits, and community members. Our mission is to foster a thriving local food system by expanding market opportunities for farmers, producers, and artisans, enhancing access for consumers, and celebrating the abundance of Whidbey Island agriculture. We have a local marketing program, a Food Hub, and rentable storage facilities for food producers.
