Description

Laurie Hungerford Flint, soprano and Rodney Menn, piano, will present a celebration of the poetry of song with compositions for voice and piano by composers Debussy, Faure, Poulenc, Laitman and Walker.  The poetry is by de Vilmorin, Verlaine, cummings, Dickinson, Browning and Rumi. A brief pre-concert lecture about the songs by Eileen Soskin, well-known Whidbey Island resident, speaker and performer, will open the concert.
