Welcome the spring arrival of Gray Whales to Whidbey! "Welcome the Whales" Parade and Festival, Saturday, April 20, Langley, WA. 11 AM, Educational displays, slide shows, costume making. 1:30 Parade downtown Langley, come dressed as your favorite critter. 2 PM Music, celebration and whale watching from Waterfront Park. 3:00 PM Dr Sue Moore, NOAA Fisheries presents "Gray Whales as Sentinels of Climate Change".
