2023 Vendor APPLICATIONS
It’s that time of year again when we are starting to organize the Holland Happening Parade and Heritage Festival.
The street fair is scheduled for April 29 and April 30. Application and payment are due on or before March 31, 2023. The Holland Happening Festival participation is by invitation. Vendors will be notified upon acceptance before April 14.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR VENDOR NON-PARTICIPATION.
All vendors are required to submit a current CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY with the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oak Harbor listed as Additionally Insured.
THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE EVENT FOR PARTICIPATION. Email all required documents to events@oakharborchamber.com.
Please get your application in early to save your space. A confirmation letter and instructions will be sent to you after we receive your completed forms. The applications are collected by the Chamber through the application process detailed below. Thank you for your interest in Holland Happening 2023.
