Come hear Dr. Tom Keegan, Skagit Valley College President discuss “Workforce Development, Now and for the Future” and College’s delivery of higher education services on Whidbey Island at the Island County Economic Development Council’s annual luncheon on March 26, 11:00am, Clinton Community Hall, 6411 Central Ave, Clinton, WA.
