Description
Eileen Soskin, pianist, musical scholar and lecturer, will present a free lecture on the pieces to be performed by The Time Traveling Trio, of which she is a member, in their upcoming concerts. Soskin will talk about how to listen to the classical music to be played. Her comments will be of interest to all music lovers, whether or not they are able to attend the concerts. Composers of pieces to be discussed include Mendelssohn, Faure, Bridge, Piazzolla and Higdon. The Time Traveling Trio will play on February 22 and 23.
