We'd love your participation in our Military Appreciation Community Picnic! It's a fantastic chance to demonstrate your dedication to:
- NAS Whidbey Island
- Current and former military members
- Oak Harbor and its residents

Why participate?
- Support the community: Show your commitment to both the military and Oak Harbor.
- Promote your business: Reach new customers and showcase your offerings.
Focus on giving, not selling:
We encourage interactive displays that provide information, services, or giveaways. This is not a marketplace, so please note any form of sales is not permitted at this event. In addition promoting political agendas is not permitted. Please no political vendors.
Needed Item
Certificate of Liability Insurance stating the following are additionally insured:
- Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Oak Harbor
- City of Oak Harbor
- Oak Harbor Council Navy League
