Food Vendor Application Holland Happening
2023 Food Vendor APPLICATIONS
It’s that time of year again when we are starting to organize the Holland Happening Parade and Heritage Festival.
The street fair is scheduled for April 29 and April 30. Application and payment are due on or before March 31, 2023. The Holland Happening Festival participation is by invitation. Vendors will be notified upon acceptance before April 14.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR VENDOR NON-PARTICIPATION.
All vendors are required to submit a current CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY with the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oak Harbor listed as Additionally Insured.
Food vendors must also submit a current copy of their FOOD SERVICE PERMIT and FOOD HANDLERS CARD, as per the City of Oak Harbor's Special Event Guide.
THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE EVENT FOR PARTICIPATION. Email all required documents to email@example.com.
Please get your application and required documents in early to save your space. A confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your completed forms. The applications are collected by the Chamber through the application process detailed below.

The Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce believes in equal opportunities for all vendors and we will seek to fairly evaluate all applications. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any applicant if past experience or other factors warrant exclusion.
As a participant of a Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce Event, I fully agree to the following:
I recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury, property damage or loss which I many sustain as a result my participation in the Holland Happening Festival. Furthermore, I understand that I should carry my own insurance and that I store my products at my own risk.
Vendors are responsible for charging any applicable sales tax for items sold. All sales tax must be submitted to the state. Knowing taxes and licensing is the law, and the responsibility of the vendor.
All vendors will be responsible for move in/move out and set up of their own booth. Vendors will receive specific instructions for load in and load out before the event.
No refunds for cancellations due to no-show or inclement weather.
All vendors must clean up their booth area before leaving.
*By submitting this application I am agreeing to clean up my area before leaving the festival at the end of the event.
