Starting at 1 pm Representatives Dave Paul and Mike Etzell of island County Developmental Disabilities Program will discuss the importance of inclusive communities. 

Brian Smith with Oak Harbor Parks and Recreation will introduce plans for the new inclusive playground for Windjammer Park.
