Description

Sabrina Combs, the City of Oak Harbor’s Executive Services Administrator, oversees Communications, Information Technology, and Records Management. With a diverse background spanning private and public sectors, she honed her skills in various industries and organizations, eventually joining Directv, where she earned accolades for her innovative work.
 
Transitioning to government, she contributed to political campaigns, worked in Public Works at the City of Bothell, and achieved significant milestones, such as a $36 million solid waste contract approval. Her dedication earned her recognition, including awards from the Governor and the Washington State Recycling Association.
 
In March 2020, drawn by the island's charm and potential, Sabrina joined Oak Harbor, eager to collaborate with the city's staff and community.
