Ever wondered how the music your teen loves is made? Behind every song is a creative process—ideas become rhythms, rhythms become melodies, and suddenly there’s a beat that feels alive. In this hands-on beatmaking workshop, teens step into the producer’s seat and learn how modern music is created from the ground up.
No prior music or tech experience needed—just curiosity and creativity.
? What your teen will do:
?? Learn the basics of beatmaking & music production (tempo, rhythm, loops, layering, structure)
?? Use beginner-friendly digital tools real producers work with
?? Create original beats solo or collaborate in small groups
?? Arrange, record, and refine a track from start to finish
?? Share ideas, get feedback, and grow in a supportive, low-pressure studio environment

NOTE:
- Students are not required to bring instruments, but they are welcome to bring their own instruments if they wish.
- All students are required to bring a pair of wired headphones. This will allow them to monitor the recording as recording is happening for themselves and others.
