DESCRIPTION:THE SECOND ANNUAL WHIDBEY WAGS PET PARADE & FAIR\n\nYour pets will be the center of attention at the Oak Harbor Chamber's Whidbey Wags Pet Parade & Fair. Children of all ages and all pet owners are encouraged to dress up and show off their Independence Day spirit with themed costumes\, flair\, and decorations. There will be prizes for originality and creativity. \n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION TIME | 9:30AM - 10:15PM\n\nAll registered pets and owners will check in at Flintstone Park to receive their special entry gift\, a goodie bag\, and pose for pictures. \n\n\n\nWHIDBEY WAGS FAIR | 9:30AM - 1:00PM\n\nEveryone is welcome to attend the pet fair before and after the parade that will include pools\, giveaways\, games\, and pet friendly vendors for humans and pets. \n\n\n\nWHIDBEY WAGS PET PARADE | STARTS AT 10:30AM \n\nSee route below.\n\n\n\nLOCATION | FLINTSTONE PARK\n\nMeet at Flintstone Park for registration\, fair\, and parade start and end.
