DESCRIPTION:IMPORTANT: FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED - WAITLIST ONLY\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you for your interest in our 2026\n\nHolland Happening & International Festival.\n\n\n\n\nFor this events\, we are seeking a vast array of different vendors. Serving food and selling goods etc.\n\n\n\nHolland Happening & International Festival is a time for our community to come together and celebrate our cities deep cultural roots together. We welcome vendors from all backgrounds to apply and be a part of this celebration showcasing the many flavors\, crafts\, and cultures that make Whidbey Island so special.\n\nEvent Details:\n\n \nVendors and Merchants will set up in Windjammer Park on April 25th-26th. This event requires vendors to be set up and present from 11 AM - 6 PM on Saturday and 10 AM - 6PM on Sunday. Staging will begin the morning of  April 25th. An email explaining staging and breakdown/departing processes will be sent on or before April 15th.\n\n\n	A set pricing structure is preferred for all applicants.\n	Security will be provided overnight on April 25th. As the first layer of protection for your property\, it is recommended you keep your booth and items secure.\n\n\nHow to Apply & What to Expect:\n\n \nThe Holland Happening Planning Committee will review all applications. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status and emailed an invoice. This is also when a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) is due. Please email this document to Events@OakHarborChamber.com.\n\n\nNote: The Certificate of Insurance MUST have the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oak Harbor listed as Additionally Insured.\n\n\n\n\nSpecial Dates for Application Process:\n\n\n	March 10th: Applications are due\n	March 15th: Notice of Acceptance (if accepted)\n	March 24th: Payment and Certificate of Insurance are due\n	April 15th: Staging and breakdown/departing instructions emailed\n	April 25th 26th: Holland Happening & International Festival\n\n\n \n\n\nImportant Terms and Conditions for Applicants:\n\n \nSubmitting this application does not guarantee a spot at the Holland Happening & International Festival. Payments and Certification of Insurance are due by March 24th.\n\nAccepted vendors will be invoiced with a payment due date of March 24th. By submitting payment\, vendors acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable. This includes\, but is not limited to\, cancellation by the vendor for any reason or unforeseen circumstances such as weather\, natural disasters\, or other acts beyond the control of the event organizers. Failure to submit payment and the required documentation by March 24th will result in non-participation\, and no refunds will be issued.\n\nThe Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce believes in equal opportunities for all vendors\, and we will seek to fairly evaluate all applications. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any applicant if past experience or other factors warrant exclusion.\n\n\n\nAs a participant of a Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce event\, I fully agree to the following:\n\n\n	\n	I recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury\, property damage\, or loss which I may sustain as a result of my participation in the Holland Happening & International Festival. Furthermore\, I understand that I should carry my own insurance and that I store my products at my own risk.\n	\n	\n	Vendors are responsible for charging any applicable sales tax for items sold. All sales tax must be submitted to the state. Knowing taxes and licensing is the law and the responsibility of the vendor.\n	\n	\n	All vendors will be responsible for the move-in/move-out and set-up of their own booth.
