DESCRIPTION:Help us kick off the 2025 Inaugural Whidbey Island Culture Fest by joining us in a parade along SE Bayshore Dr. We are seeking a diverse group to participants to help us celebrate cultures from Whidbey Island and beyond. \n\n\n\nFees are non-refundable\n\n$25 Parade Registration Fee for Members and Non-profits\n\n$50 Parade Registration Fee for Non-members or Political participants\n\n\n\n\n\nThe WICF parade is scheduled for Saturday May 3\, 2025 with a start time of 11 am. Applications are due on or before April 4th.  The planning committee will review these applications and notices of acceptance will be given on or before April 24th.\n\n\n\nWhidbey Island Culture Festival Details:\n\nSaturday May 3\, 2025\n\nParade: 11 am -12 pm \n\nStreet Fair: 11-5pm\n\nEntertainment: 1-5pm\n\n\n\nSunday May 4\, 2025\n\nStreet Fair: 11-5pm\n\nEntertainment: 1-5pm\n\n\n\nThe Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce believes in equal opportunities for all vendors and we will seek to fairly evaluate all applications. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any applicant if past experience or other factors warrant exclusion.\n\n\n\nAs a participant of a Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce Event\, I fully agree to the following:\n\n\n\nI recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury\, property damage or loss which I many sustain as a result my participation in the Holland Happening Festival.
