DESCRIPTION:2023 Food Vendor Applications\n\n \n\nIt's that time of year again when we are starting to organize the Independence Day Celebration Festival.\n\n \n\nThe street fair is scheduled for July 1\, 10am - 6pm and July 2\, 12pm - 6pm.\n\n\n\nThe following are due on or before June 9\, 2023. Starting the Monday after (June 12)\, the line up will be created for all those that have completed packages submitted. Help us help you by ensuring ALL items listed above have been emailed to events@oakharborchamber.com with subject line of Independence Day Vendor Docs or dropped off at the Chamber by June 9. If you weren't able to submit the complete package\, refund will be issued. Vendors will be notified upon acceptance and location for Independence Day Celebration via email on June 16\, 2023. Please make sure the person listed is the best contact and all information provided is accurate. \n\n\n\nYour check off list:\n\n \n\n\n Submitted online here application by June 9\n\n\n\n Submitted online here or dropped off payment at the Chamber by June 9\n\n\n\n Emailed or dropped off at Chamber Certificate of Liability with the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oak Harbor listed as Additionally Insured by June 9\n\n\n\n Emailed or dropped off at Chamber photo of booth by June 9\n\n\n\n Emailed or dropped off at Chamber description of product or service by June 9\n\n\n \n\nNO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR VENDOR NON-PARTICIPATION.\n\n \n\nAll vendors are required to submit a current CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY with the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oak Harbor listed as Additionally Insured. \n\n \n\nThank you for your interest in Independence Day Celebration 2023. We look forward to working with you!\n\n\n\n\nThe Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce believes in equal opportunities for all vendors and we will seek to fairly evaluate all applications. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any applicant if past experience or other factors warrant exclusion.\n\n\n\nAs a participant of a Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce Event\, I fully agree to the following:\n\nI recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury\, property damage or loss which I many sustain as a result my participation in the Independence Festival. Furthermore\, I understand that I should carry my own insurance and that I store my products at my own risk.\n\nVendors are responsible for charging any applicable sales tax for items sold. All sales tax must be submitted to the state. Knowing taxes and licensing is the law\, and the responsibility of the vendor.\n\n\n\nAll vendors will be responsible for move in/move out and set up of their own booth. Vendors will receive specific instructions for load in and load out before the event. \n\nNo refunds for cancellations due to no-show or inclement weather. \n\n\n\nAll vendors must clean up their booth area before leaving. \n\n\n\n*By submitting this application I am agreeing to clean up my area before leaving the festival at the end of the event.
