He has served as Manager of the Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS Program at Public Health - Seattle & King County and as Executive Director at the Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development Authority. In these positions\, Jeff was responsible for developing and administering health and social service grants totaling over $150 million. He has also reviewed grants for the federal Health Resources and Services Administration\, the Pride Foundation\, the Greater Seattle Business Association\, and the Unfunded List\, and served as a frequent presenter at the Puget Sound Grantmakers Association. Jeff holds a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Yale School of Drama.
