SUMMARY:An Educational Tea Party!
DESCRIPTION:Autumn is coming with its cooler and damper weather.  It's the perfect time to settle back with a cup of tea and enjoy being educated by Maria McGee\, owner of the Lotus Tea Bar and Studio.  Maria has been in business since 2009 and can answer any question you could possibly have about tea.  She has a plethora of teas including\, loose leaf tea\, tea bags\, herbal\, black\, green and many more types.  She will provide samples of some of her favorites and we will learn about all of them.  All this will take place right in her Tea Bar in Oak Harbor.\n\n \n\nSlow Food Whidbey Island will provide some sweets to go along with the teas and a free beautiful tea cup to take home after the program.  There may even be some scones and jam.  And as always\, there will be a basket of tea items that will go home with a lucky winner.\n\n \n\nThis event only has a limited number of spaces.  Your spot will not be guaranteed until we receive your payment.   Anyone who has not paid will be put on a waiting list. Cost is $15 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
