SUMMARY:37th Annual Kids' Fishing Derby
DESCRIPTION:Come enjoy the 37th Annual Kids' Fishing Derby\, hosted by The Buccaneers of the Oak Harbor Yacht Club. After a day of fishing\, join the Buccaneers for a free hot dog picnic for the entire family at the Yacht Club. Prizes for our top fisher-kids and grab bags for every child. \n\n\n\nRegistration is 10:30am-Noon at the entrance of the Oak Harbor Marina.\n\n\n\nFishing Derby is Noon-1:30pm at Oak Harbor Marina "F" Dock.\n\n\n\nDerby Rules: Derby is free and open to kids 12 and under. Kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket. Kids must bring their own fishing pole\, tackle (single hooks only)\, line\, and life jackets. Only bait provided by the Buccaneers may be used. A complete set of rules will be provided at registration.\n\n\n\nSpecial Note to Adults: Adults may not fish for the kids. You may provide encouragement and hints\, but please let the kids experience the joy of catching their own fish.
