Explore the meaning of transformational travel and how it has been applied on Whidbey and Camano islands during the next Tourism Skillshop on Feb. 23.
What is transformational travel? What kind of resources and values must destination communities possess in preparation for a new age of travel and tourism? Speakers will address these questions and others associated with the emerging transformation economy and shifting consumer trends.
Attendees will hear from Jake Haupert, CEO of the Transformational Travel Council (TTC); Sherrye Wyatt of Whidbey and Camano Islands Tourism; Krista Loercher of Whidbey Island Kayaking Co.; and Mona Campbell of Canopy Tours Northwest.
Matthew Ozuna, destination development manager for SWT, will moderate the webinar. All webinars will be recorded and shared with registrants and posted to the SWT YouTube channel.
