Steve is currently the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Oak Harbor and brings over 43 years of experience in senior-level business leadership and consulting, with over 23 years of experience developing and growing businesses. He has worked with many Fortune 100 companies in enterprise software sales, business development, strategic planning and growth, operations management, training, economic development, business, and leadership consulting, and various senior executive role.


Cynthia is the owner of Kaiser Advisors and has over 20 years experience as a Communications Coach. She specialises in professional business coaching and developing businesses through different communication strategies. Before moving to Whidbey, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for various law firms and is an accomplished author.
