Description
This introductory presentation by End of Life Washington will provide an overview of your end-of-life choices and options. Will introduce the End of Life Washington Advance Directives (a combined Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Health Care Directive). Filling out Advance Directives for Health Care is important for making your choices and values known in the event you are unable to speak for yourself or make healthcare decisions.
