To do this you must have clear answers to the two questions below or you may struggle to market your business effectively, or even get it off the ground:
–Who exactly are your customers?
–What problem are you solving for them?

Knowing these answers helps you build this persona, or avatar, which will help you personalize and target your marketing and get a better return on your marketing investment.
